Order processing & shipping
For in-stock, standard-color orders received before 3:00 p.m. Eastern Time, Monday–Friday, we aim to ship the same business day. This is a target, not a guarantee. If that window is missed, orders generally ship the next business day.
Orders received after 3:00 p.m. Friday, on weekends, or on holidays generally ship within the next 1–2 business days—typically Monday or Tuesday for weekend orders, excluding holidays. Bulk and custom-color lead times are agreed before purchase.
Carrier transit estimates begin when the carrier receives the package and exclude processing and customs delays. Overnight or expedited shipping does not guarantee same-day processing. Contact us before ordering if you have a firm deadline.
If we cannot ship within the stated or agreed processing window, we will notify you, provide a revised estimate when available, and offer the option to agree to the delay or cancel the unshipped order for a full and prompt refund, as required by applicable law. This also applies to custom-color orders.

30-day returns
Contact info@forgedopshq.com or call 904-297-8419 within 30 days of delivery to request a return and obtain return instructions before sending your product. Include your order number.
Standard-color products must be undamaged, in like-new condition, and returned with all supplied hardware. For change-of-mind returns, the customer pays return shipping and original shipping charges are nonrefundable.
After receipt and inspection, approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your payment provider may take additional time to post the credit. Confirmed defective or incorrect items are handled separately; ForgedOps covers reasonable shipping costs for approved claims.

One-year limited warranty
ForgedOps LLC warrants BASEPOINT mounts against defects in materials and workmanship for one year from delivery under normal intended use and proper installation. This is a limited warranty, not a lifetime warranty or accidental-damage plan.
For a confirmed covered defect, ForgedOps will repair or replace the defective product at its discretion at no charge, including reasonable shipping costs arranged with our support team. If repair or replacement cannot resolve the covered defect within a reasonable time, ForgedOps will refund the affected product purchase price, applicable tax, and original shipping attributable to that product. Other remedies required by applicable law remain available.
Coverage excludes damage caused by impacts, crushing, misuse, improper installation, overloading, or modifications, and ordinary cosmetic wear, scratches, and finish wear. An unrelated cosmetic scratch or modification does not by itself invalidate coverage for a manufacturing defect.
To request service, contact info@forgedopshq.com or 904-297-8419 with your order number, a description of the problem, and photos where possible. Keep the product and hardware and obtain instructions before returning it. We may inspect the product to determine the cause of failure.
The commercial loss limitations below form part of this limited warranty. They preserve the product-defect remedies described here and rights that cannot lawfully be limited.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. Nothing in these policies excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Custom colors & bulk orders
Approved custom-color orders are final sale for change-of-mind returns. The one-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship still applies. Custom-color products are not sold without defect coverage.
Exact color matching is not guaranteed for warranty repairs or replacements. If the original finish is unavailable, ForgedOps will offer an available standard finish or another mutually agreed finish at no additional charge for an approved warranty claim.
Contact us before purchasing six or more mounts for bulk pricing, shipping, possible custom colors, and an agreed lead time.

International shipping & import charges
Product and shipping prices do not include import duties, tariffs, destination taxes, brokerage fees, or customs-clearance charges unless expressly stated at checkout. Any tax explicitly collected at checkout is identified separately.
The recipient is responsible for additional import charges and for cooperating with the carrier or customs authority to release the shipment. These charges may be requested before delivery. Customs processing can delay delivery, and carrier estimates do not include those delays.
ForgedOps supplies accurate shipment documentation and corrects errors on our end. We cannot control customs decisions, processing times, or charges, and do not promise delivery by a particular date during a customs hold. Applicable statutory rights remain unaffected.

What is included & safe setup
Each BASEPOINT package includes one mount in your selected finish, the 5/8-inch-11 GNSS mounting stud/nut assembly, and four mounting screws for a wooden post. The mount provides approximately eight inches of offset from the post to the GNSS mounting point.
The GNSS receiver, wooden post, concrete, and site installation are not included. Confirm receiver thread engagement, body clearance, and cable access for your equipment.
Read the supplied product guide. Use a sound wooden post and suitable footing, install securely, and inspect the post, fasteners, and receiver connection before each use. Verify known control after setup or relocation. Stop using a damaged or unstable mount.
Use only as GNSS mounting hardware. Do not use the mount as a step, lifting point, tie-down anchor, or fall-protection anchor. Do not drill, grind, heat, or alter the assembly without obtaining suitable technical guidance.

Damaged, incorrect, or delayed deliveries
Contact info@forgedopshq.com or 904-297-8419 promptly with your order number if a package arrives damaged, contains the wrong item, or appears lost. Keep the packaging and product, and provide photos where possible so we can investigate and coordinate with the carrier.
A transit-damage report is handled separately from the manufacturing-defect warranty. Contact ForgedOps before returning an item or arranging shipping for a claim.

GNSS setup & operator responsibility
BASEPOINT is a mechanical mounting accessory. Purchase of the mount does not include surveying, engineering, GNSS configuration, site localization/calibration, or verification of project control. It does not establish or guarantee survey, positioning, elevation, grading, layout, or machine-control accuracy. Separately contracted ForgedOps services remain governed by their own written scope and terms.
The purchaser and operator must select a suitable location, sound supporting post and footing, and compatible equipment; securely install and inspect the assembly; and follow the GNSS equipment manufacturer’s instructions. Temporary or long-term use does not make the installation a certified survey monument or eliminate the need for inspection and verification.
The operator is responsible for correct base coordinates, coordinate system, datum/geoid, units, antenna type and measured antenna height, receiver and correction settings, site localization/calibration, and control data. The mount’s approximate eight-inch offset is a physical product dimension, not a survey measurement or antenna-height value. Measure the actual installation using the receiver manufacturer’s required reference point and method.
Before relying on the system for work, and at the start of each workday, verify results against independent known control appropriate to the project. Repeat verification after relocation, impact, suspected movement, changes in settings, or other disturbance. Keep setup and verification records. If results are outside project tolerances, stop relying on the system and investigate before continuing.
Weather, settlement, vibration, loose connections, obstruction, interference, and equipment or control-data errors can affect the setup. Inspect the support, mounting screws, receiver connection, and assembly regularly. Do not rely on visual alignment or an apparently secure mount as proof of positioning accuracy.
To the extent permitted by law, ForgedOps is not responsible for positioning errors or resulting work errors to the extent caused by incorrect installation, inadequate supporting structures, equipment configuration, calibration/localization, control data, or failure to perform appropriate inspection and verification. This does not remove coverage for a manufacturing defect or responsibility that cannot legally be excluded.

IMPORTANT — Commercial loss limitations & preserved rights
TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, FOR COMMERCIAL PURCHASES, FORGEDOPS LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL ECONOMIC LOSSES ARISING FROM THE PURCHASE OR USE OF THE MOUNT. This includes lost profit or revenue, loss of use, downtime, project delay, and re-survey, re-staking, regrading, rework, or replacement-material costs to the extent those costs are incidental, indirect, special, or consequential losses.
This limitation does not eliminate the one-year limited warranty or its repair, replacement, and applicable refund remedies. It does not exclude liability for fraud, gross negligence, willful misconduct, personal injury, physical damage to other property, or liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. Mandatory consumer protections in a purchaser’s jurisdiction remain unaffected. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions apply only to the extent permitted by law.
The product-policy version presented during checkout applies to that purchase. Later website revisions do not retroactively reduce the warranty or rights accompanying an earlier order.
